Agreement for Change of Grain Subsidy Beneficiary Ownership
This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, is made and entered into on [Date], between [Name of Original Beneficiary] (hereinafter Original Beneficiary) and [Name of New Beneficiary] (hereinafter New Beneficiary), collectively referred to as the Parties.
Preamble:
WHEREAS, the Original Beneficiary is currently the registered recipient of grain subsidies from the government;
WHEREAS, the Original Beneficiary desires to transfer the ownership of the said grain subsidies to the New Beneficiary;
WHEREAS, the New Beneficiary has agreed to assume the rights and obligations associated with the grain subsidies;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Transfer of Grain Subsidy Beneficiary Rights:
1.1 The Original Beneficiary hereby transfers to the New Beneficiary all rights, title, and interest in and to the grain subsidies received by the Original Beneficiary.
1.2 The New Beneficiary shall be recognized as the new recipient of the grain subsidies from the government.
2. Obligations of the New Beneficiary:
2.1 The New Beneficiary agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the government in relation to the grain subsidies.
2.2 The New Beneficiary shall assume full responsibility for the proper use and management of the grain subsidies.
3. Release of the Original Beneficiary:
3.1 Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Original Beneficiary shall be released from any further obligations or liabilities associated with the grain subsidies.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
4.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Institution].
5. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
6. Execution:
This Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
